I waited 30 mins and still nothing, so i turned off the pc. it would even Ctrl/Alt/Del, or Windows key out of it. I installed the card, ran the driver from disk, and it locked up half way through.

Ok so i have a AGP board (yes i know i need to up grade) and i bought a Radeon HD 2600 XT AGP 512 MB GDD3 1080p HDMI to rplace my 1950Xt that had a bug that ATI knows about and has no tech support fixes for it.
